Switching from Mac to a Windows laptop. Outlook for Mac exports an OLM archive but Windows Outlook has no idea what an OLM is. Emails, contacts and calendar all need to come across. Route?

OLM and PST are incompatible formats, so a conversion sits in the middle.

On the Mac: Outlook, File, Export, everything ticked, save the .olm.

On Windows: SysTools OLM to PST Converter turns the archive into a PST, mail, contacts and calendar included. Runs on Windows so the Mac can be wiped after the export.

Import the PST via File, Open and Export in Windows Outlook.
Exchange or Microsoft 365 account: skip all of this, add the account on Windows and it syncs down from the server.
POP account so the OLM route it was. Everything across including calendar. Solved.
