Choose folders to export and turn on the attachments option. Attachments can embed inside each PDF or save alongside it.

Pick a naming pattern like date plus subject so legal can sort the output.
A 6GB PST lands somewhere around 25,000 emails. Expect the run to take an hour or two depending on attachment sizes.
