1st Annual Developmental Program Preseason Mini-Camp

August 11 - 14, 2008

New!! The Developmental Program will have a preseason mini-camp from August 11 - August 14, 2008. Daily sessions will last 1 hour and all sessions will be conducted by CFC Program Directors or members of CFC’s Academy or Select Staff.

This camp is for any player between 6 - 12yrs, especially for our DP team players. This is a great way to kick off the season on the right foot. New players will experience the CFC coaching style and methods and meet some of our Select and Academy coaching staff. The camp is focused like allways, on the correct techniques for the developing player. WE hope to see all our DP players attend this camp.
Daily Topics :
Monday - 1000 touch warm-up, dribbling techniques, 1v1, small sided game
Tuesday - 1000 touch warmp-up, passing and support play, 3v1, small sided game
Wednesday - 1000 touch warm-up, shooting definitions and crossing, small sided game
Thursday - 1000 touch warmp-up, Small sided games

4th Annual High School Training Program

January 16-19, 2009

The High School Training Program (HSTP) has been established to help prepare high school soccer players for their respective school tryouts which can begin on January 26, 2009. The HSTP will be held from January 16-19, 2009 at the Carolina FC Soccer Complex. The camp is open to all boys & girls, in grades 9-12 regardless of what Club or School they are affiliated with.

We are once again recruiting College Coaches to provide all of the training. Colleges that have participated in the past are as follows: USC Upstate (Men’s & Women’s), Wofford College (Men’s & Women’s), Limestone College (Men’s & Women’s), and Lander (Men’s). The College Coaches Seminar, which is a valuable tool for any player interested in playing in College, will be held on the evening of Monday, January 19, 2009.

Winter Camp!

January 16 - 19, 2009

CFC will be hosting a Winter Camp for all Boys & Girls, ages 7-14 from January 16 - 19, 2009 at the Carolina FC Soccer Complex. This camp will serve as a preseason camp for our Developmental, Academy and Junior Select Programs. (This camp is also open to all soccer players regardless of their club affiliation).
